playoffs are here!

The playoffs have arrived and the match ups are great! Lets start with the western conference series then we will move to the eastern series. So as you know Golden State came out on top with 1st in their conference, and the rockets cam in 8th so one of the series are going to be Warriors vs Rockets. The series already started and the lead is 2-1 Warriors lead. In the first game the Warriors were outstanding! The Warriors played at home against the Rockets and played their best to win the first game against the Rockets. The Rockets couldn't stop them. But turns out that, Stephen Curry got injured on his right ankle. Game 2 had to begin with out Stephen Curry, but the Warriors still held on to the win. Stephen Curry still did not play in the third game. As it was a close game till the very end, The Rockets played at home for the fans. But Draymond Green on the Warriors choked the opportunity to gain the lead and make the series 3-0. But it did not happen and the Rockets gained a win. Well that will be it about this series tune in for another one!

Kobe Retired

NBA has been on channels for many years. There have been many great players but a lot of bad players. But we could never forget the legends. Legends are players that play to prove that they will always be noticed. For example, Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and many more. But one player has been in our hearts the day he stepped on the court, and I think we all know who. Kobe Bryant! Kobe played for the Lakers for 20 years! He has won many championships and MVP awards. He was known for his great moves and plays. But everything comes to an end sadly, and we knew that he would retire. But when it happened, it was very emotional to know that one of the most valuable players that had such an effect on basketball would step off the court for the last time. But it was better to see him play and go, then to never see him at all! We will miss you mamba and we will always remember you.

Standings

Well as the season of basketball/NBA is coming to a end, I want to talk about standings. Now you might think what are standings? Well standings are the teams that have a chance in winning a championship. Standings also mean you make it to the playoffs and play other teams that want to get closer and closer to winning a championship. So it won't be easy to win, but with the right team effort you get closer and closer. For example, the Golden State Warriors, this team is number one in the NBA. With their star players and great passing, they have a great chance in winning another championship. But they have many teams that could get in their way, lets name some. The San Antonio Spurs, The Los Angeles Clippers, Oklahoma Thunder, and many more! It will be very tough but fun to watch when it happens! I hope you guys enjoyed my thoughts on the playoffs make sure to check it out in april!

LeBron and his background

Last time we talked about Lebron and how he plays in the NBA. But now we are talking about his whole NBA career. So lets get into it, Lebron was drafted number one overall first round pick in the 2003 draft. He was selected to go play for the Cleveland Cavaliers and be the next big thing. Now at first things were not easy for Lebron, he needed to get to know the team and play smart with them. After a while he got use to them, he loved that team so much. He began to be a star player, but it was tough for him to carry the team on his back. Around 2010 Lebron made the choice to go to the Miami Heat. Once Lebron moved there, he had two other star players to help him win games. Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. It was a huge success as they one two championships. But in 2015 he came back to the Cleveland Cavaliers. He made it to the finals, but the Warriors took it home. But there are many years to come with Lebron. We never know what happens next. That will be it on Lebron James.

LeBron James

Now we talk about one of the greatest basketball players ever...LeBron James! LeBron is a great small forward who can do anything for his team to win. He has great moves and has smart plays for the opponents to be surprised. He could cut to the basket or even shoot a three if he needs to. He has a great attitude against other players making him look friendly off the court. But when he is on the court he is a beast, a lion, or known to be a king. Lebron has a great back story, but we will talk about that later. Lebron is on a young team with Kyrie irving, another brilliant player. The team he is on are the cleveland cavaliers. He has been with the cavaliers since 2 seasons, but for his whole career he has been with them for 9 years. Well that has been it about Lebron, I will be making a background blog about Lebron next!

Kobe Bryant

Well Kobe Bryant is the black mamba. He is known to be one of the best players of the NBA. 13th pick of the NBA and 1st round. He is a dominant player and an all around great shooting guard. He has won so many champion ships with some of his old partners. He was drafted to the Lakers and stayed for his whole career. As his number was 8 and had an afro at first, Kobe developed new ways after one of the greatest players of all time talked to him... Michael Jordan! After a while Kobe shaved his hair! But thats not all, Kobe was so inspired from Michael Jordan that he moved his number up next to him. Number 24 is the black mamba. Number 24 is Kobe Bryant. After his 2011 champion ship, Kobe and his team began to slow down. They would begin to loose many games and wouldn't make it to the play offs. As it comes down to the final year for Kobe, we will always remember him as a big MVP! We will always love you Kobeee!

Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan is known to be the best basketball player of all time hands down. Michael Jordan is the goat, which stands for greatest of all time. He is obviously retired from now, but he has done many things in his career, so lets go over them. First he was drafted to the Washington Wizards. He played very well and every one loved him. Then he decided to go to the Chicago Bulls. His number was 23. He won championships for the bulls many times and inspired manny to become just like mike. For example Kobe Bryant is an excellent player of the NBA and always will be. He was inspired by Michael Jordan, but never really wanted to be him. Michael also scored a buzzer beater to win the championship finals. After being in the NBA for a while, Michael Jordan retired and became a base ball player. I don't think any one will ever forget The GOAT, we will always remember you Michael Jordan.
